AGENCY HISTORY

Jack Horner Communications Inc. (JHC) launched in 1992 in a 350 square-foot office in Pittsburgh. In 2005, JHC expanded its office footprint by adding a second office in Philadelphia. The two offices were consolidated in 2009, with all operations now based in Philadelphia.

JHC’s first client was The Cheatin’ Heart Lounge and the business objective was to “pack ‘em in on karaoke night.” But our next client was US Airways and the rest is history, as they say.

As a full-service public relations and marketing communications firm, we are experts in public relations, graphic design, advertising and promotional products. We apply our arsenal both strategically and tactically as circumstances and opportunities warrant. JHC has clients in nearly every business category, from consumer brands to business banking, from retail to higher education, technology to healthcare, and so on. The company services a multitude of regional and national accounts.

Recently we have been ranked among the top 20 public relations firms published annually by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Our client case studies often appear in our national trade journal, PR Week.

JHC has earned more than 200 awards for its public relations and marketing programs, including six Anvils from the Public Relations Society of America, our industry’s highest honor.
