Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy Media Relations and Event Program
Carnegie Mellon University hired JHC on behalf of the Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy host committee to orchestrate
the 2007 event and develop a far-reaching public relations program. JHC mapped out a two-day series of meetings and
events around a central theme of philanthropy, and produced and directed the awards ceremony which was emceed by
NBC’s Tom Brokaw. Highlights of the campaign include 170 million branded media impressions and a 90-minute international
special on the event broadcasted by C-SPAN.
